Recommended for clean installs! If you overwrite your current forum files with these you will get errors if you do not have the correct DB fields.

NOTE: My setup is designed for a mysql DB. Installing on any other DB will most likely break my setup.
Some MOD authors create their MODS to work with the latest version of mysql and/or php only. At this time I believe all added mods work with older versions too.

First, you install this just like a clean install of phpbb3
At this time you do not have to run any extra SQL statements in phpmyadmin.
All have been added to the setup files.

Start by reading the instructions for phpbb3.
http://www.phpbb.com/support/documentation/3.0/
If you know what you are doing already, then skip the above.

After you have the forum loaded. You will need to go into the ACP > Styles and refresh the template, theme, and images for prosilver.
If you skip this and upload an image that gets resized. The magnify glass will be a green box rather than the image.
You should also purge the cache in the general tab.

The announcement box will show on your forum. For you to control it you will need to enable it in the ACP.
Once in the ACP you go to the system tab, then on the left you will select Administration Control Panel.
On the bottom right hand side you will see add module. Use the drop down box and select Announcement Centre.
Click add module after doing so. Follow the step until you come back to the system screen. You will now see the announcements mod at the bottom. Click enable and follow the step back to the system screen and refresh the page. You will see a new tab at the top right for controlling the announcements mod. ;)

NOTE: After installing your forum. You will need to run the file in your forum root named db_install.php to complete the db changes for the mods. After doing so, you need to delete or rename this file.
